The John Pounds Centre runs a variety of activities for the over 50's.
These include:
Wednesday 9.30-11.30am Badminton, Light & Easy (low impact exercise class)
11am-12noon and fitness session in the gym 9am-12noon. £1.35 for all morning!
Other activities include:
JPC Pilates: Tuesday 10.30-11.30am & Friday 10-11am
PCA Bingo: Tuesday & Friday 7.15-9.30pm
PCA Bowls: Wednesday 2pm-4pm
PCA Line Dancing: Thursday 2-4pm
JPC Front 2 Back: Friday 11am-12pm. A low impact exercise class
