Fitness Suite
The John Pounds Centre fitness suite has state of the art exercise equipment for all abiltiies,
whether you wafitness nt to relieve the stress of the day or to improve fitness levels, lose weight and tone up. Cardiovascular equipment including cross trainers, treadmills, bikes,
plus resistance and free weight equipment are available for you to use.

The centre has three fitness instructors who will support you in achieving your aims and goals.
One of the fitness team will show you how to use the various exercise equipment and set you up with your own personnel programme to help you achieve those goals.

Exercise Classes
The John Pounds Centre offers a variety of exercise classes for all levels of fitness. Such as Light & Easy class, Pilates, Oxyrobics, Boxercise and more, we have something for everyone. Contact reception for a class timetable.

Sports Hall & Studio
Our multi-use sports hall is available for hire from 8am in the morning until 10pm at night. Whether you want to play casually or as part of a club we cater for a range of sports such as Football, Badminton, Volleyball, Netball and Basketball.
