The centre offers a free drop in I.T. session on a Monday morning with a volunteer to assist with individual needs.

We started running courses at the John Pounds Centre in September 2009, English with IT and Local History. We had great help from the centre in promoting the classes and ran with two full classes, with many of the students returning this year. This year we are running four classes including an evening class due to the popularity of the courses and the wonderful centre.
We use the IT suite and this is fully equipped for our needs.
The centre itself is superb to look at, inside and out, the facilities are terrific and all the staff are really helpful, particularly Lisa Scott. We thoroughly enjoy working at the centre and with the staff.
