The Centre will open for permitted activities from Monday 19 April 2021.

FROM Monday 19 April 2021:

The team is very pleased to inform you that the Centre will open from Monday 19 April 2021 , for those activities permitted under 'The Roadmap out of Lockdown 'Government guidelines.

We have put some very important procedures in place and tightened some further to ensure we adhere to the guidelines with an emphasis on non-mixing of households and social distancing. 

We would appreciate you considering all of the following points before coming to the centre so you are fully aware of what to expect.


If you are feeling or showing any of the Covid-19 symptoms listed below you should not come to the centre.

Please wear a FACE COVERING all the time you are in the centre your face covering will need to cover your mouth & nose at all times.

On arrival you will be asked to WASH YOUR HANDS at the designated hand wash stations.

HAND WASH STATIONS are located around the centre & these should be used at regular intervals.

You will be expected to follow the centre’s ONE WAY SYSTEM at all times

BOOKING - we ask you to attend the Centre at your allotted time & not before to prevent queuing.

FITNESS SUITE - open for booked sessions from Monday 19 April

55 minute sessions in the fitness suite must be booked & paid for in advance. These bookings are non-transferable or refundable. Sessions start 15 minutes past each hour on a daily basis starting at 08:15 and ending at 18:15/ 8.45am-11.45am on Saturdays.

There are no changing or shower facilities available. Members should arrive ready to train & go home to shower.

Please bring your own water bottle. Multiple cleaning products will be available & it’s very important members look after each other by cleaning down equipment after use.

CLASSES - Indoor Classes are not permitted until no earlier than 17 May 2021.

To protect others, do not come to the centre if you are showing the symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19):

A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

Or if you have been classed as extremely vulnerable by the government or have a health condition as laid out in the following Government guidance.

And Get a test to check if you have coronavirus & stay at home until you get your result.
