Hatha Yoga with Jayney Thursdays 10:00-11.30 

Jayney incorporates yogic philosophy into her classes by ensuring that she guides you through the eight limbs of yoga.  The aim of the practise is to balance the masculine and feminine energies within your body.  The classes will move you through a gentle wakening of the body into an energetic flow and down into deep relaxation.  Jayney’s classes are open to all abilities as you choose the intensity that you need in the present moment.
