New Gym Launch

Christmas comes early at the John Pounds Centre with the gym haveing a complete refitt with with the latest IFI accredited Precor cardio and stregth fitness equipment, as well as the all new Functional Training zone, Cardio Wall and Powerplate. The equipment will be as inclusive as possible for members, no matter what ability or physcial  limitations... so come and take a tour and JOIN UP!
