Recumbent Cycle 

  • Adjust seat height ensuring there is a bend in your knee whilst cycling
  • Use Quick Start function to control resistance

Treadmill  

  • Attach Red Safety Strap
  • Use Quick Start function
  • Control speed & incline
  • Use side rails for support and balance

Cycle

  • Adjust seat height ensuring knees are bent when cycling
  • Use Quick Start function to control resistance

Rower 

  • Sit upright and shoulders back when rowing
  • Keep a bend in your knees and elbows whilst rowing
  • Keep hold of handle at all times 
  • Press start and begin to row to activate screen
