Resident Surgeries are regular drop in sessions at the John Pounds Centre designed to make it easier for you to get advice, ask questions and access housing services. Only card payments can be taken. 

Mondays 10am - 1pm 
Thursdays 1pm - 4pm

Where to buy visitor parking permits 

Visitor permits are available to purchase at: Central Library, Guildhall Square, PO1 2DX
You will need to bring valid photographic ID* and proof of address with you.

To buy permits for your visitors, you’ll need to register your home or mobile number on RingGo.

- Registering can take up to 48 hours. Only residents can buy visitor permits.
