  • Choose your own weight and secure the pin.
  • Keep a bend in your elbows whilst exercising

Lateral Pull Down

  • Place knees under pads
  • Hold bar slightly wider than your shoulders
  • Choose your own weight and secure the pin.
  • Pull the bar down to your chest
  • Keep a bend in your elbows whilst exercising
  • Keep hold of the bar at all times
  • Try not to drop the weights

Leg Curl 

  • Adjust seat until your knees are comfortably under the pads and your feet supported over the lower pads
  • Choose your own weight and secure the pin.
  • Keep a bend in your knees whilst exercising
  • Keep your back in contact with the bench

Leg Press

  • Adjust your seat ensuring a bend in your knees
  • Select your weight and secure the pin
  • Keep your lower back in contact with the seat
  • Try not to drop the weights
