What are the benefits?

Who Can Be Referred?

Expand

You can be referred if you have one, or more, of the following conditions, or risk factors that affect your health and wellbeing.

- Obesity

- Diabetes

- Cancer recovery

- Cardiac conditions

- Anxiety / Depression

- Arthritis, low back pain and osteoporosis

- Fibromyalgia, polymyalgia, chronic fatigue, ME, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease

- High blood pressure

- Post surgery

- Asthma, or COPD

- Muscular or skeletal injury

- Stroke

How do I join?

Expand

You need to be referred by your GP or health professional to the exercise on referral programme, so please speak to your GP and they will know how to refer you.

Once you have been referred we will contact you within two weeks to book your first appointment.

How long is the scheme?

The scheme runs for either 5 or 10 weeks, which will get you more active and improve your health and wellbeing, and see the benefits of a healthier lifestyle

How much does it cost?

All sessions are offered at discounted rates, along with an option of a free review to check in on how you are doing with your new lifestyle. For those with specific health conditions, the initial 5 weeks may be free.
