Three Exercises, One Machine - the unit accommodates three pressing movements - bench press, incline press, decline press. Comfortable, oversized grips with multiple positions and simple seat adjustment make it easy for users  

Seated Pull-down/Row

Two Exercises. One Machine - this unit accommodates both the lat pull down and mid-row exercise movements with an easy-to-adjust thigh hold-down pad, extended seat and foot bar to facilitate both exercises.
